Reminders for Meeting the Bus on Saturday June 17, 2023
Location: St. Paul Lutheran Church, 375 Lothrop, Grosse Pte Farms
Check In: 6:00 am (5:45 for Pop Princesses Patrol and all Leadership),
Bus leaves the parking lot at 6:30 am
Please be prompt.

WEAR YOUR UNIFORM: slacks, polo, sash,
shoes, socks and watch
REMINDER LETTER: link
PICNIC/BREAKFAST ORDER FORM: link
(for Scouts absent from June meeting - email completed
form to Mrs. Farell [email protected])
PLEASE BRING:
Duffel, sleeping gear and backpack
Backpack must contain your Mackinac navy jacket, your poncho,
your Mackinac Island Guidebook as well as your lunch and beverage.
***NEW THIS YEAR*** CHECK IN: ***NEW THIS YEAR***
When you arrive at the church, park across the street, leave all your luggage with your parents, bring with you any medications (in their original container and stored in a zip lock) and check in with Mrs. Kravutske. After check in stations, get your luggage and report to Ms. Oglesby. At that time your LIT will give you luggage tags and Ms. Oglesby will direct you where to take your luggage.
When packing, double check the PACKING LIST: link
UNIFORM PACKING LIST: link
Be sure to include a round plastic dinner plate, an item of your own if you wish to tie-dye, secret pal gifts, your plate design and a bicycle helmet labeled with your name and leadership should bring your Kaper Cards.
REMEMBER: NO CELL PHONES

Disco Dinos will have first choice of seats on the bus and
will have first choice of bunks at the Barracks ~ CONGRATS!
Bachstreet Boys will have 2nd choice;
Pop Princesses will have 3rd choice; and
Hip Hoppers will have 4th choice of seats and bunks.
