Reminders for Meeting the Bus on Saturday June 15, 2019
Location: St. Paul Lutheran Church, 375 Lothrop, Grosse Pte Farms
Check In: 6:00 am (5:45 for Disneyland Patrol), Bus leaves the parking lot at 6:30 am
Please be prompt.

WEAR YOUR UNIFORM: slacks, polo, sash,
shoes, socks and watch
REMINDER LETTER: link
PICNIC/BREAKFAST ORDER FORM: link
(for Scouts absent from June meeting)
PLEASE BRING:
Duffle, sleeping gear and backpack
Backpack must contain your Mackinac navy jacket, your poncho,
as well as your lunch and beverage.
CHECK IN:
When you arrive at the church, park across the street, bring all of your luggage with you when you check in with Mrs. Cross under the car port. She will direct you where to take your luggage and your LIT will give you luggage tags.
Medications (in their original containers and packed in a zip lock with your
name and dosage instructions) must be turned in to Mrs. Kravutske.
She will be standing at the front of the bus.
When packing, double check the PACKING LIST: link
Be sure to include your Leadership Handbooks, Duty/Kaper Cards,
homemade cookies (enough to fill a Pringles can), round plastic dinner plate, an item of your own if you wish to tie-dye, six 2x2 photos for photo cube craft if you don't want to use scrapbooking paper that will be provided, secret pal gifts, your plate design, bicycle helmet and your Patrol T-shirt labeled with your name.
REMEMBER: NO CELL PHONES

Disneyland will have first choice of seats on the bus and
will have first choice of bunks at the Barracks ~ CONGRATS!
Atlantis will have 2nd choice;
Wonderland will have 3rd choice; and
Neverland will have 4th choice of seats and bunks.
