Reminders for May General Meeting

Check In: 9:15 am
Beginning Time: 9:30 am
Ending Time: 12:00 pm
Please be prompt. Remember to sign the check-in sheet when you arrive.
Please turn off your cell phones during the meeting.
Wear your uniform (we will be wearing pants and polos)
By the close of this meeting, ALL forms and ALL money should be turned in.

BE SURE TO BRING WITH YOU:
Paper and pen.
Mackinac Island Guide Book
ALL PARTS of your uniform that have not yet been checked off.
This is the FINAL uniform check.
Any overdue forms or money you have not yet turned in.
We will be marching, so wear your Mackinac shoes and bring outerwear you
might need due to weather.
Bring your sunglasses to get approved for use on the Island.
A positive attitude.
INCENTIVE AWARDED TO PATROLS FOR:
100% attendance
All Patrol Leadership present.
Attendance reported to SPLs on time.
All Patrol Members wearing name tags & name tags are visible.
All Patrol Members wearing their uniform.
NEGATIVE 3 incentive points if all Patrol Members have not had
their uniform checked off. This is the FINAL uniform check.
100% return of Health form.
Phone tree mom submitted to Mrs. Cross.
ISLAND CRAFT REMINDER:
If you wish to tie-dye on the Island, you will need to pack your own item to be dyed. Suggested items: T-shirts, tank tops, headbands, boxers, bandanas, etc. Please DO NOT bring sweatshirts/sweatpants, tube socks, linen/canvas as they absorb too much of the dye.
ISLAND MEAL REMINDER:
If your family plans to eat dinner with the troop in the barracks, please remember to put that information in the guest book that Mrs. Farell brings to the meetings so that we have enough food to accommodate everyone.
