Please turn off your cell phones during the meeting.
Wear your uniform (we will be wearing long pants)
By the close of this meeting, ALL forms and ALL money should be turned in.

Any overdue forms or money you have not yet turned in.
Health forms signed by your doctor are due.
We will be marching, so wear your Mackinac shoes and bring outerwear you
might need due to weather

All Patrol Leadership present.
Attendance reported to SPLs on time.
All Patrol Members wearing name tags & name tags are visible.
All Patrol Members wearing their uniform.
NEGATIVE 3 incentive points if all Patrol Members have not had
their uniform checked off. This is the FINAL uniform check.
All Patrol Members bring their completed quizzes.
100% return of Health form.
100% timely return of Leadership evaluations.
New Scouts duffle bag check.
ISLAND CRAFT REMINDER:
If you wish to tie-dye on the Island, you will need to pack your own item to be dyed. Suggested items: T-shirts, tank tops, headbands, boxers, bandanas, etc. Please DO NOT bring sweatshirts or sweatpants as they absorb too much of the dye.
ISLAND MEAL REMINDER:
Please remember to make reservations with Mrs. Farell if you have family and friends who would like to dine with us on the Island.
If you plan to eat dinner away from the barracks, we need to be notified no later than noon on the day you will be eating dinner in town.
Also, if you wish to eat dinner in town with someone OTHER THAN YOUR PARENTS, we need a note from your parents granting permission for you to do so. We would need this note from your parents before we leave for Mackinac. You can click on this link to find a dinner permission slip .

Oriental Trading orders are due to Mrs. Leverenz before the May meeting.
